1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Versatile Cllctv are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and any damage or defect

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing original tags or packaging


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

Versatile Cllctv is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Versatile Cllctv is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim if applicable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated. If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Versatile Cllctv before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges and additional investigation.


8. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
